Q: How Long will it take to deliver?
A: Times very by product but should not exceed 8 to 12 days in most cases. If your delivery is taking longer than expected to receive, please reach out via email:

Q: Where do my orders ship from?
A: In most cases the products will be sent directly from warehouses located in China.
Q: Will my order arrive all at once?
Orders with multiple items will ship from different warehouses. As a result, products will arrive separately.
Important Note: Returns containing multiple items can be shipped together as one unit. A single return shipping label will be provided after a return request has been submitted.
Q: How do I request a refund?

Q: Where do the products come from?
A: Products are sourced from a carefully considered selection of warehouses. Warehouses are considered based on multiple factors, including: Time spent in business, size of operation, track record of positive feedback, track record of reliable shipping times and product quality.
Q: How do I access Tracking information?
A: After the item is shipped, a link to view the tracking information will be sent via Email.
